It’s not like David lives a small life. He travels internationally for work he enjoys, lives with a woman he loves, and have to say has a great view from his office window. He is charming and intelligent, with a good sense of humor and a racing mind that drives him nuts.
No problem. Doesn’t have to be that way. Simple, easy, quick, and free to get that thing we call mind under more conscious and productive control. So, in our first session, I taught David something I call Power Breathing, in only 3 breaths. And that’s when he said “Wow.” Other people just finish up and say “Nice.” And, maybe you will too.
Left to its own devices, the normal human mind wanders 70% of the time. There are benefits to mind-wandering e.g., planning, problem solving, creativity… but sometimes too much of that good thing can muddy things up so bad that nothing gets done.
