Thx, Steven. So if I understand correctly, the reason putting on a happy face works a bit is because a smile changes the musculature of the face, which then sends signals to the brain, releasing hormones consistent with happiness. There are many things we knew all along, even before the  MRI, the whole mindfulness movement is a resurrection of a lot of it.]]></description>
