About You

Optimize Your Full Potential

Say Hello to Your Best You

You will decide which part(s) of your life you want to work on. Just know that gains you make in one part of your life will likely improve other parts too. Together we will stay focused on what is important to you. Although our work will focus on your present and future, at times we may want to ‘peel the onion’ just enough to make sure that we really are working on what matters most for you, now and going forward.

Define where you want to go.

Design strategic options to get you there.

Stay focused on what is important to you.

Find and fix whatever is in the way.

Find warmth, humor, curiosity, courage, and solutions in our journey together.

And More…

Pick an issue, any issue: Work, Food, Money, Time, Family, Friends, Sex, Health, Love, Loss, Life Transition, Personal Growth… Look and you will find that there is something that really matters to you—and something else that matters more. Suppose you want to exercise to be fit and healthy—and you also want to just relax and binge watch your shows. Count back from your behavior (what you actually did) to see what mattered more in that moment. “Mattered More” wins. No more, no less than an internal dispute that can be negotiated and resolved with Madelaine’s assist.

About Madelaine

My father was a business owner who died at forty-two years old. I was fifteen. The doctor said he died of a cerebral hemorrhage, but since I was grounded at the time for speaking truth to power again, I was pretty sure he died of me. It was not until one day at the cemetery, when I finally broke down with my mother about how “all my fault” it was, that I found out it was not me after all. In her shining moment as a mom, my mother said tenderly, “No, honey, it wasn’t you. It was work.”

Although there was little I could do to help then, I have since built a career on a foundation of extensive education and experience to help other people enjoy happier, healthier, prosperous and productive lives—at work and at home.

This kind of alignment in meaning and purpose is what my clients seek, for the benefit of themselves and all the (big and little) people counting on them. Contributing to your satisfaction and success is the work I love. Please click buttons below to review my bio and book, to watch the video, and to schedule your complimentary strategy call. It would be a privilege and a pleasure to talk with you.
